The founders of supply chain tracking platform Shipeezi have launched a new system built exclusively for moving, relocation and storage companies.
Moveezi has been launched by Dumont, a new parent company of the two businesses. While Shipeezi will continue to focus on global supply chain movements, Moveezi is dedicated to the moving industry. The platform includes sales and quoting, video surveys, dispatch and crew scheduling, warehousing, shipment tracking, invoicing, and per-move profit and loss.
In a forthcoming white paper, The moving industry the way I see, company founder and CEO Carlos Ferri says three developments have reshaped the sector over the past 18 months. These are consolidation among major players, last year’s collapse of the US military’s US$17.9bn Global Household Goods Contract, and the first AI-native workflows going live. The paper identifies five trends that will impact the future of international mobility, including greater transparency, AI-driven operations and stronger long-term customer relationships.
‘Movers do not need another demo of the future; they need software that their crews open on moving day and their office trusts for the invoice,’ said Ferri. ‘The next decade rewards real-time visibility, genuine compliance, AI built into the architecture, rather than bolted on, and relationships that outlast a single move. Moveezi is built for that, and only that.’
Ferri added that the Moveezi platform has been designed for high-trust sectors – including corporate relocation, and government and military mobility – and is compliant with standards including FAIM 3.4, ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and NIST SP 800-171.
