A guide to keeping your FIDI assets up to date

3rd September 2026

More than just a well-recognised industry badge, the FIDI logo is a quality seal for companies who have passed the FIDI-FAIM audit. It tells customers and partners your organisation has met internationally recognised standards – and is therefore an incredibly strong asset for marketing your business.

FIDI logos explained

Each logo has a specific purpose and eligibility, as follows:

  • FIDI: The core FIDI brand identity, which is distinguished by the iconic red tick. This is available to all Affiliates.
  • FIDI-FAIM / FIDI-FAIMPLUS: Can be used by any Affiliate holding active FIDI-FAIM certification.
  • FIDI-DSP: For Destination Service Providers affiliated to FIDI, including those affiliated under FAIM with additional DSP services.
  • FIDI 39 Club: Exclusively reserved for FIDI 39 Club members – and can be used by individuals.

Additional logos

FIDI Top Performer: This applies to FIDI-FAIM and/or FIDI-DSP certified companies and is FIDI’s way of recognising excellence in quality. Companies that score zero Non-Conformity Values (NCVs) and are fully compliant with FIDI-FAIM or FIDI-DSP requirements on the day of their audit are eligible to use this. Think of it as an extra tool to demonstrate readiness and rigour to your clients.

EY CRB This is your proof of financial health, and is linked to your yearly Financial Assessment report. Use it in reports and publications to show customers and partners exactly what’s in it for them to work with a credible company – transparency builds trust.

Important update: The annual Internal FAIM Audit logo has been retired.

Since January 2024, FIDI no longer issues the yearly Internal FAIM Audit (IFA) logo that previously accompanied the IFA Certificate.

The reason for this is the main FAIM / FAIMPLUS logo already provides definitive proof of your FAIM certification. The annual logo was creating confusion about certification validity, so we’ve removed it to keep things clear.

Companies completing the IFA will continue to receive their Certificate of Compliance. However, the logo should no longer be used.

Where to find your logos

Many FIDI Affiliates don’t realise that FIDI has a full marketing toolkit available on FIDINET. This includes logo files in several formats from basic to designer packs, brand guidelines, and best practice guidance.

These resources are available free to any Affiliate, with no special access needed. If you have a marketing team, set them up with individual FIDINET accounts so they can access assets directly without having to request permission every time they need something.

Practical tips:

1. Put your logos to work

Add the FIDI logo to your email signature, website, proposals and presentations. Your certification is something you’ve earned, so you should make sure it’s visible.

2. Keep your logos current

It sounds simple, but it’s worth saying: make sure the logos you’re using today are the ones you’re currently entitled to use. If your certification status has changed – whether you’ve recently achieved the latest version of FAIM, added DSP services, or earned Top Performer recognition – make sure you update your marketing materials to reflect this.

If a certain certification has lapsed, it is important that companies remove the associated logo until it’s reinstated. Using an outdated or incorrect logo, even unintentionally, can undermine the very trust it’s meant to build.

Set a recurring reminder around your audit cycle to review where your logos appear – your website footer, email signature templates, company presentations, pitch documents and any printed materials. Keeping them fully updated takes less time than you think, and it keeps your brand credible.

Make it a team habit

Your FIDI logos are only as effective as the people using them. If your sales team, marketing colleagues, or admin staff are sending out proposals and correspondence with clients, make sure they have access to the correct, up-to-date logo files – not old versions saved to someone’s desktop.

A shared folder or a link to the FIDINET marketing toolkit, combined with a simple internal note on which logos your company is currently eligible to use, goes a long way.

If you work with an external agency or freelance designer, share the brand guidelines with them too. Consistency at every touchpoint is essential to making sure the logos are up-to-date, used correctly and convey the right information.

When in doubt, we’re here for you

If you’re unsure which logos apply to your company, or if something has changed in your certification that you’re not sure how to reflect in your communications, the FIDI team is here to help.

Reach out through FIDINET or contact the FIDI Office directly. It’s always better to check than to display something incorrectly.

Your FIDI affiliation is a genuine mark of quality. Keep it visible, keep it accurate, and let it do the work it was designed to do.
