SIRVA and Realogy have settled the dispute over the previously agreed sale of Cartus Relocation.
Cartus’s parent company Realogy Holdings Corp had sought to force the sale of the company, after SIRVA decided not to go ahead with the purchase. However, after the Delaware Chancery Court rejected this at the beginning of August, the two parties reached a settlement.
