Franzosini Group 1845 Italy has acquired and fully integrated Franzosini Sud in Naples into its national network.
The move, effective from 1 August, expands the group’s Italian branch network to four locations: Milan, Livorno, Rome and Naples.
Luca Bosco has stayed as Branch Manager of the Naples operation and joined the board of directors of Franzosini Group.
The company said the move is an important milestone in its ongoing growth and would strengthen its ability to provide comprehensive logistics services supported by local expertise.
The company, which has a history dating back to 1845, said the enlarged network would maintain the service standards associated with the Franzosini name.
