Rebecca Parker, President of Darby Movers – a wholly owned subsidiary of M Dyer & Sons – has celebrated 40 years of service with the business.
In an announcement to employers, M Dyer CEO Anthony Shipp said:
‘Rebecca has lived through much of our modern history. She has helped guide the company through periods of growth, challenge, opportunity and change. She has seen our organisation evolve while remaining committed to the values that have always defined who we are.
‘Over four decades, Rebecca has worked alongside countless employees, managers, executives, customers and industry partners. Rebecca remains one of the few individuals whose career bridges so many chapters of our history. She carries with her an institutional knowledge that simply cannot be taught in a classroom or captured in a manual.’
M Dyer Global and Darby Movers were recently named among Hawaii’s Best Workplaces for 2026 by Pacific Business News, adding to a growing list of recognitions for the company. The programme is based on independent employee surveys conducted by Quantum Workplace, which assess factors including leadership, communication, workplace culture, benefits and overall employee engagement.
