Jason Mills has resigned as President and CEO of global relocation network UniGroup. He on the role at the end of 2021.
The company said in an update announcement that Mills, who joined the business more than 15 years ago and has served in several leadership positions, would serve in a transitory role until the end of September.
The parent company of United Van Lines, Mayflower Transit and other transport firms, said: ‘During his tenure, Jason formed a strong leadership team, solidified industry relationships, led a number of buiness units and contributed to the company’s strategic alternatives review process over the past months’, thanking him for ‘his capable leadership in the face of some challenging headwinds.’
UniGroup’s board of directors has employed consultants to help it find a permanent replacement for Mills.
