Reinhold Karpisek, long-standing Managing Director of Sobolak International GmbH, retires at the end of May.
‘He has shaped the company loyally for over 33 years in various roles, significantly developed it, and managed it as Managing Director for two decades,’ said the company in an update. ‘We thank him for his tireless commitment and wish him all the best for his upcoming life phase.’
In response to Karpisek’s departure, the company is updating its management team as follows:
- Jutta Sobolak will take over as CEO, representing the company externally. ‘As the owner’s daughter and long-time employee, she stands for continuity and a clear strategic direction,’ said the company.
- Robert Lozar joins the management team as Operations Manager, continuing with his current responsibilities and operational duties.
- Andreas Eibel continues to head sales at the company and takes over the operational management of the company. He will be responsible for daily operations and ensure the continuation of ongoing business in all areas.
‘This reorganisation creates clear responsibilities and strengthens the long-term development of Sobolak International,’ said the company.
