The strength of this committee lies not only in the geographical diversity of its members and the size and types of companies they represent, but also in its ongoing commitment. Since 2015, the PCGs team has been instrumental in developing and maintaining standardised cooperation norms for our industry. Besides the launch of the FIDI Professional Cooperation Guidelines (PCGs), the committee also developed a new Dispute Resolution Scheme (DRS), not to mention the FIDI Service Level Agreements templates (FIDI SLA) and several other projects.
